NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING to consider proposed Zoning By-law Amendment Z-3-03 be held on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

Take notice that the Council of the Municipal District of St. Stephen intends to hold a Public Hearing in compliance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act of the Province of New Brunswick on May 29, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 22 Budd Ave., St. Stephen, NB to consider the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment Z-3-03 which will rezone PID 15060346 from the Residential Mix (R2) Zone to the Medium Density Residential (R-2B) Zone to allow for a five unit apartment dwelling.

Anyone wishing to offer opinion on this proposed By-law may do so at the Public Hearing meeting or in writing by dropping off your letter during regular business hours in the office of the Clerk of the Municipal District of St. Stephen at 22 Budd Ave., St. Stephen, NB, E3L 1E9.  A letter may also be sent by email to celeste.caswell@chocolatetown.ca.  A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected at the Municipal Office where business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
